About Tom
Community Leadership
Tom served the City of Chesterfield as your Ward 4 Councilmember from 2016 to 2022 honoring the promises made to be a guardian of your tax dollars, bringing transparency to Chesterfield City Hall, and adhering to the rule of law.
During his tenure on the City Council, Tom reduced $1 million of wasteful spending as the chair of the Finance and Administration Committee in 2017 after joining forces with the previous chair in 2016. Tom also sponsored and built unanimous support for an ordinance amending the municipal court that is known as the “Victim’s Bill of Rights” providing support to those suffering from the consequences of local crime.
These and many other victories for the taxpayers were the culmination of team-building and recruitment of new councilmembers who put residents first.
Civic Engagement
After leaving office in April of 2022, Tom’s leadership did not miss a beat as he continued to build a better future for Chesterfield through his involvement with the residents of Chesterfield. This includes organizing efforts against new and insidious taxes such as Prop U, and promoting candidates for local school boards, city council and the newly formed Missouri 101st district state rep office covering 85% of Chesterfield.
Tom has been instrumental in forming a coalition of grassroots networking and alliances to further the mission of good government for the people who work, live, and raise families in our community. Whether campaign planning or intensive door to door communication, Tom is committed to your values with a focus on leadership accountability to the voters.
